Onion Chutney

Onion Chutney is a very simple & quick recipe to make and requires very less ingredients. There is no seasoning required for this recipe. 

Best accompaniment: Idly / Dosa / Chapathi

Ingredients:

Big Onion – 4 - Chopped
Red Chillies (Whole) – 6
Tamarind – gooseberry size ball (use it as is)
Oil – 5 Tsp 


Method:

1. In Kadai, add oil, when it becomes hot, add the red chillies, tamarind & cut onions and fry until onion turn very aromatic and in brown colour.



2. Cool and grind to a fine paste without adding water or adding very little water & remove.



3. No need to season this chutney. Can be consumed directly.
